The hotel has some fantastic amenities like outstanding pools and dining options, with a very helpful staff. However, certain aspects like the room conditions and lack of shaded areas by the pool detract from the overall experience. The beach is rough, which may not appeal to all guests, and accessing water activities requires extra effort.
